all: general cleanup readying for tagged release (#48)

- docs: add code coverage to readme
- internal/sessions: refactor sessions to clarify lifetime
- authenticate: simplified signin flow
- deployment: update go mods
- internal/testutil: removed package
- internal/singleflight: removed package
