Fix zh-Hans' Chinese word & Beautify code ( #311 )
...
"中文" means both "zh-Hans" and "zh-Hant"
"简体中文" means "zh-Hans"
"繁體中文" means "zh-Hant"

Re-arranging of files to move localized base files in /docs from /docs/en, updates to template crowdin.yaml, update to package.json to make calling crowdin easier. Updating documentation to reflect.
