Add link to Transitous

Browse source 
Transitous is a community-run free and open public transport routing
service using MOTIS and currently 550+ GTFS feeds from more than 35
countries.

Not sure whether "Community" is the best fit, it's also somewhere between
"Software for Creating APIs" and "Apps".
